Our Policies

Renters Liability:

Renter’s liability for damages to the lodge or furnishings will not be limited to the amount of deposit but will include full payment for restoration or repair of damaged premises or furnishings. Renter agrees to be responsible for all guests occupying the lodge and agrees to be responsible for payment to Tannenbaum Lodge for all damage of any type to lodge or furnishings, or to repair smoke damage. Refund of deposit will be made only after inspection by a lodge representative. THE LODGE IS A NON-SMOKING FACILITY. No smoking is permitted inside the lodge. No pets are allowed.

Cancellation Policy:  

Number of guests may be changed until 10 days before check-in. Renters who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 90% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. No refund will be issued for cancellation less than 1 week before check-in.  No credit cards accepted.
