Our Story

Welcome to Tannenbaum Lodge Housse, a place where you and your group can unwind.  Come here to build team rapport, strategize for the coming year, celebrate a wedding, host a family reunion, or engage in countless other activities.  The “Housse,” is owned by the Damphousse family, and its name is obviously a play on the unique spelling of our last name -- a running joke in the family for years.  We purchased the lodge in 2021, but it has been in operation since the early 1980s.  Over the years, this location, right on the edge of Greer’s Ferry Lake, has hosted numerous families, businesses on retreat, church groups, golf groups, weddings, and so much more.  The house was completely renovated in 2017, and we have spent the past year updating it and adding our own special touches.  The lodge comfortably sleeps 42 and has plenty of space inside and out to entertain the crowd or to get some serious work done.  Feel free to navigate this site to learn more about what we have to offer.  We cannot wait to host you soon!
