Lodge Information

We would like to think we have thought of everything to make your time at the lodge as easy as possible while offering comfortable accommodations. However, let us know if we've missed something and we'll do our utmost to provide a solution.

Please Note:

The nearest convenience grocery store is 15 minutes away and the nearest full grocery store is 35 minutes away.  It is best to bring the food items you need so that you can fully enjoy your lodge time.  Or let us know if you need a caterer, and we will send you contact information and let them do all the grocery shopping and cooking. 

 

***Cleburne county is a dry county, so if your group enjoys adult beverages, please make sure to bring them with you.  

Our Policies

Renters Liability:

Renter’s liability for damages to the lodge or furnishings will not be limited to the amount of deposit but will include full payment for restoration or repair of damaged premises or furnishings. Renter agrees to be responsible for all guests occupying the lodge and agrees to be responsible for payment to Tannenbaum Lodge for all damage of any type to lodge or furnishings, or to repair smoke damage. Refund of deposit will be made only after inspection by a lodge representative. THE LODGE IS A NON-SMOKING FACILITY. No smoking is permitted inside the lodge. No pets are allowed.

 

Cancellation Policy:  

Number of guests may be changed until 10 days before check-in. Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 90% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. COVID-19 Policy: At any time if you have to cancel due to Covid-19, with proof of positive Covid test, we will work to reschedule your stay within one year of the original date with no penalty. No credit cards accepted.
