Minimum nightly rental is for two nights. Rates are for the maximum double-occupancy of 12 bedrooms/24 persons. Each additional person/$20 per person per night. RATES ARE INCLUSIVE-- NO CHARGE FOR MEETING ROOMS, DINING AREAS, STAFF SERVICES OR OTHER AMENITIES. (See below)

• On-site staff for your convenience
• Daily room straightening, towels replaced, bath and restroom cleanup. For weekly rental, linens will be changed on the 3rd or 4th day of your stay

8 daily menus are provided to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner -- priced from $40 per day/per person for three meals.

One-Day Only Special Events (8:00am to 10:00pm)

This rate includes all day staff of two, soft drinks stocked in refrigerators, beverages and snacks prepared and kepy ready for meeting breaks morning and afternoon. (Eight menus will be provided for your selection for lunch and dinner from $40 per day per person. Special meals or refreshments will be provided by request for your special events.)
